My name is Ben and I'm a slow runner. I run because I love running. It is a very personal sport: I train to my own targets, set my own goals and I can finish in the bottom 10% of a race and be utterly chuffed with my result. I couldn't get out this morning, Fiona is ill and I was looking after her. Her Mum came over for a few hours to check on her (she is a registered nurse) so I got out for a solid ride at 12:30. 87 minutes, 35K. Wind was about 20kph from the north, which was tough going into, but all in all, a good solid ride.
